1. Please close all adobe applications completely.

2. Update window with latest patches.

3. Use the below link to download the file named "AASIapp.exe"

4. Once downloaded, Please copy the file "AASIapp.exe" and paste and replace it at the below location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7

Once done, Please launch the application again and try to use it.
