Manuals for sharing MS teams recording
Note: MS Teams recording can be shared by only the owner of the recording or the admin of the Microsoft email portal.
MS teams recording saved on MS Stream, if any one who is not the part of the meeting wants to view the recording need to get access from the owner of the recording. Below are the steps.
Steps:
1. Login on web link of MS streams ( https://web.microsoftstream.com/) using email credentials.
2. Search for the video recording and click on the pen icon (edit) as marked in below screen.
3. Type the name of the user and click on search then select the ID from the search list.
4. Now you will get the Name and ID at the bottom of the list as below and you can make the user owner as well. And finally click on the Apply and share the link to the user.
